What if My Shipment Arrives Damaged?
As you can see from our delivery standards, we take many precautions so that you do not experience any damaged goods. In the rare case that you are in a situation where something arrives damaged there are two ways to handle the situation:
1. Simply refuse the defective/damaged piece. We will then issue a new unit or have the existing unit fixed as soon as is physically possible.
2. If you are certain that the piece is able to be repaired and you want to keep the piece in your possession, simply sign for the unit(s) as received damaged (indicate what is damaged) and we will have an experienced furniture medic come out and fix the issue at your home. This is sometimes the quickest route.

When does my credit card get charged?
Your credit card will get charged 24-72 hours after you place your order. We have a \"Pre-pay\" policy to protect ourselves from fraudulent orders.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
If we are able to cancel your order prior to being produced or shipped, there is no cancellation fee. If your order is canceled after it has been shipped, we have a fair flat rate of 30% (covering some of the restocking/shipping fees).
Cancellations or returns must be authorized in advance. Please contact us and we will assess the situation for you.
What is the Return Policy?
TVStandsDirect.com has a transparent return policy. If within 30 days of your purchase being delivered you are dissatisfied with any part of your order, we will issue you a full refund less 30% restocking/shipping fee. That 30% fee doesn\'t cover the costs of shipping/packaging/restocking/administration costs that a return incurs, however, TVStandsDirect.com stands by its products and believes in its customers, so we are willing to help curb the actual cost of a return should a return need to be issued.

Also, most companies expect you to find your own return shipping provider...Plus, they say that the returned furniture must be in new condition. Anybody with any experience shipping furniture realizes that it is physically impossible to ship furniture across the nation (affordably) without major accounts and heavy packaging.
Our return policy is simple, fair and easy to understand. If you are not happy with your purchase, for any reason, call us within 30 days and we will have our carriers pick-up your furniture as is and issue you a full refund less 30%.
What Is Your Warranty/Guarantee Policy?
All Products are warranteed for at least 1 year. We request that you contact us directly with any warranty related issues. We guarantee that your order arrives in brand new condition or else we will fix/replace any problems.
